Professional and creative vibe: Shed fosters connections between East London’s design and media specialists

Hot on the heels of their renowned photographic studio, Brendan Olley and Christopher Fields have flung open the doors to Shed, with a shared aim to foster the connections between East London’s design and media specialists.

Shed is a physical space built to cultivate interaction between fellow creatives. Co-founders Olley and Fields took over a disused carpark and storage units in Haggerston, and made a place where people could work. Offering affordable desk space, photography studios and event spaces, Shed is a lifestyle work space made by creatives for creatives.

Location

The Haggerston location offers photography studios, rentable desk space, a cafe and a wine bar called Stop Fix. Shed houses some of East London’s most exciting businesses, from landscape architects to fashion designers, photographers, retouchers and architects.

The design of the space, along with the team’s mission and values, ensures residents are a mixture of creatives from all practices. It offers a professional and creative vibe, and is a really great place to bring clients.
