Hosting a FREE Runners Talk from 7-9pm on Wednesday 19 February at The Russet, Amhurst Terrace, the event is ideal for beginners and will ensure you walk away feeling empowered and pumped for your next run.

There will be talks, a Q&A session and a chance to speak to the experts one-on-one about your personal running style and training plan.
