Got a story?

Tip-offs from readers are the lifeblood of what we do. If you’ve seen something happening in Hackney that you think we should be looking into — a decision, a development, something that doesn’t add up — we want to hear from you. Email the editor at editor@hackneycitizen.co.uk. We take the protection of our sources seriously, so if you’d prefer your contact to be treated in confidence, just say so when you write.

We welcome letters from readers responding to our coverage or raising issues that matter to the borough. Send yours to editor@hackneycitizen.co.uk. Please include your name and the area of Hackney you’re writing from. We may edit letters for length and clarity.
