    I’ve been without hot water for over 3 1/2 weeks and hackney is treating this as normal service. Despite ringing the repairs team, appointment booked for tradesmen that can’t carry out the job to fix/replace broken 15 year old boiler and broken immersion heater. I made a stage 1 complaint and the investigation outcome is outstanding. Hackney taking no responsibility to not following their own repairs policy and Landlord and tenant act 1985. Constant going back and forth with Hackney with no results. I’m at my wits end as this is consuming me as I’m boiling a kettle to wash myself, wash my dishes, clean surfaces and floors , taking time off work to fulfil booked appointments only to be left with out any hot water or heating
