Don’t forget to vote in the EU referendum on 23 June! Polls are open from 7am until 10pm.

You should receive a polling card if you are registered to vote, but you can vote even if you do not have a polling card.

You do not need to show any form of identification in order to vote either – you just need to be able to confirm your name and address.

In order to vote, you must be registered by 7 June.

The question voters will be asked in the referendum is: “Should the United Kingdom remain a member of the European Union?”

Those eligible to vote in the referendum include British, Irish and Commonwealth country citizens living in the UK.

The deadline for registering to obtain a postal ballot for the first time is 8 June.

To check your registration details, obtain a postal ballot, or find out where your polling station is, contact: electoralservices@hackney.gov.uk, tel.: 020 8356 3232 or visit: Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street E8 1DY
