One point of clarification. I did not say I didn’t know if there was food waste recycling in Hackney – I’ve been using it since 2011, so I know it exists – albeit still a bit patchy.
What I didn’t know I whether the audience’s experience of how it helped them cut down on waste was the same as mine – and thus we could cut electricity usage similarly by showing people how much they are using.
