The Magic Lantern to launch debut album

The Magic Lantern plays Dalston Boys Club on Friday 20 May

The Magic Lantern is a 5 piece alt folk band which has taken its time working on a sound inspired by the lyrical directness of folk, the freedom of jazz and the experimental openness of contemporary classical music.

Now after two years of hard work, the band is releasing their debut album, A World In A Grain Of Sand.

Details of what’s going to happen on the night are secret but expect something special….

Tickets are £12 which includes a copy of the album or £6 without an album (albums will be on sale inside for £10).

Doors at 8.30pm, start from 9pm.
No entry after 10.30pm, party until 2am.
