Another night of live jazz for dancing has been added on Wednesday 16 June at Stoke Newington Town Hall. These two special nights of swing are part of the events of the 2010 Barbican International Residency by the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis.

Enjoy a chance to celebrate the dance styles that inspired the rise of swing music in the 1930s in the beautiful surroundings of this newly-refurbished town hall, an historic Grade II listed Art Deco building with a traditional Canadian Maple sprung dance floor. It’s a rare opportunity to experience the power and beauty of a great, transatlantic swing band.
