Comic – Welcome Low Traffic Neighbourhoods
Our resident artist Francisco de la Mora gives his personal take on the low traffic neighbourhoods (LTNs) that have been introduced in Hackney.
He said: “As a person who grew up in Mexico City, I can appreciate what the council is trying to do with the LTNs.”
